DESCRIPTION:
The croft is fenced with a gated entrance and access track leading from the township road up through the middle of the land to a cleared area with concrete base ready for erection of an agricultural barn (subject to the usual permissions). Although there is currently no planning permission in place, a pre-planning application has been submitted and the report is available for interested parties. We understand the land itself is well drained, fertile and reasonably sheltered from prevailing westerlies. The land extends to around 7.5 acres (to be confirmed by title plan).

A mains water supply has been secured but is not currently installed. Mains water and mains electricity run approximately half way up the croft land. Drainage will be to septic tank and all services are the responsibility of the purchaser.


PLANNING REFERENCE:
There is currently no planning permission in place however the area falls within a designated Settlement Development Area. A pre planning application for 2 properties was submitted in June 2015 and the report is available to view.


DIRECTIONS:
From the A87 take the B883 just before you enter Portree, signposted to Braes, follow the road for approx. 5 miles. Access to the croft is on the right hand side and there is a RE/MAX sign.
