We purchased this property over 9 years ago, we moved over from a huge house in Folkestone, we wanted to down-size from the house but still have plenty of space for our family.

We have re-decorated throughout and one thing we are particularly proud of is the front garden which we re-designed after moving in.

We love the village of River and we are looking to stay in the area, having an afternoon stroll around the village, popping down to the local Co-op for a morning paper and a pint of milk is something we enjoy doing but now is the right time to down-size.
