I purchased this flat over 10 years ago now and when I first saw I could not believe the sheer size of the property. For me it was very important to have a good size home as although I was down-sizing from a house I did not want to sacrifice to much or my living space and this really ticked all the boxes. The fact that although the flat is very central it is ever so quiet here and feels like you are well away from everyone. I have also really enjoyed the fact that I can easily walk to whatever I need without having to travel far at all.
