This property was a great find for us. We will remember its great advantage, the underground stations close by for work convenience, schools, shops, pubs and restaurants. Our children grew from little ones to adults in the ample and versatile space the rooms provided for them, and for their friends on special occasions. We have enjoyed many walks in the forest just outside the back fence and further afield through the forest to Loughton or Epping. This quiet road connects well in any direction and parking never is a problem even when numerous friends arrive. Most of all we shall remember the wonderful garden when we had so many get togethers with friends and family, playing badminton on the lawn and talking well into the summer nights.
