This property has been a wonderful family home for us over the past 21 years, especially when we built the cottage in 1999 in what was the farm’s cowshed and hen house as a ‘granny annexe’ for elderly parents to be close to us.

The mild climate of The Undercliff has meant that we have been able to grow most of our own fruit and vegetables over the years, something we always wanted to do and our accommodating outside areas have hosted many, many parties and BBQs!!

Recently we have offered the cottage as a holiday let, most successfully and this has provided an extra income for us.

The Island is also a great place to live and raise a family. We will be very sad to leave this property, but it is time for us to downsize and for another family to enjoy its stunning location and excellent facilities.
