When I bought this property many years ago as soon as I stepped inside I knew it was the one for me. Although it needed quite a lot of work doing to it, over the years I have improved and upgraded everything. One of the reasons it appealed to me was the outside space and car parking which is such a bonus being in the town centre. You can also walk to the shops or down to the beach in minutes. Having my own private entrance means I rarely see my lovely neighbour upstairs so it’s very quiet and you can keep yourself to yourself. I purchased the freehold not long after I moved in and will be happy to transfer this to the new owner as I have no interest in keeping it. I am only moving to get closer to my parents who look after my dogs when I am at work.
