OWNERS COMMENT This has been a great family home and is in the perfect location. The proximity to the town centre, beach and local transport links have made it a popular get away for the whole family to enjoy. Having undergone extensive external and internal renovations, the house just needs someone to love and enjoy it as we have done.
My favourite thing about the house is waking up to the sun coming up over the sea, relaxing on the deck and having a great space for entertaining. The wood burner makes it very cosy in cooler weather too. Key to our decision to buy the house was the view, the garden and also the advantage of being a level walk to the centre of Ventnor. My family have enjoyed many holidays here and it has also rented easily. It was a happy home for us and holds many special memories.
