We bought this house in the year 2000 and put into place a programme of modernisation. When we first saw the property we fell in love with the amazing sea views and also the tranquil and private garden.

The roof terrace above the garage has always proved popular when entertaining family and friends. We also loved the fact that the house is just a short walk to the secluded coves of Binnel Bay and Woody Bay.

We have now moved further away from the Island and find we do not visit the house as often as we would like, so it is now time to let someone else enjoy it as much as we have.
