We bought the house nearly 25 years ago and it has been a great family home for us. One of the main attractions to us was the location – less than 5 minutes walk to transport and within catchment area to some top schools.
The house has lots of space and whilst our children were growing up there was plenty of room for the family to spread out as they grew.
The garden is a good size too, and over the years has played host to many family barbecues and parties. It is nice and private and gets the sun most of the day so there is always a warm spot to enjoy.
