We bought this house 4 years ago & for us it was all about the location; it’s so incredibly peaceful with no road to the front or back & we loved the fact we could easily walk in to town & commute in to London & being in South Sutton, would always be a great investment. The impressive front gates gave us a feeling of privacy & the spacious rooms & layout gave us a great, versatile space, being two sisters living together.
