I bought this property five years ago as I completely fell in love with the size as well as the potential it offered. I had viewed a fair amount of properties back then and none came close to this so although it needed some work, I could envisage exactly how I could transform it.
Since living here, I have replaced the kitchen and redecorated every room including new carpets. I also double glazed the large bay window in the lounge.
If I were staying and needed some more space I would definitely look into converting the loft as the space up there is vast and it offers so much potential.
This place certainly feels more like a house than a maisonette and having the entire top floor and own entrance really adds to that feeling.
