As soon as we saw this particular style of house we knew that this was going to be the one for us. We were really taken with the amount living space and the size of the bedrooms. As we bought off plan we were able to decide on upgrades and took full advantage of this with improvements such as a higher quality kitchen and the flooring. We decided to convert the garage to a garden room to use as a studio and wanted to make sure we made the most of the space with planning permissions and building regulations to create a place we are really proud of. The benefit of this far outweighed the loss of a garage as we have two allocated parking spaces anyway! We also managed to plan for a storage area so as not to lose out on that use of a garage either.
