This was our first purchase and we were originally drawn to the fact that at the time it needed a bit of TLC, which we wanted to be able to put our own stamp on our property, but more so was the location.

Eden Village is one of the more sought after locations within Sittingbourne. It's catchment for schooling is one of the best in town, which was a big draw. From a commuting point, we are within walking distance of Sittingbourne station, which has us in London in little over an hour. If you prefer a more relaxed approach to work, there are coach pick up points regularly throughout the morning.
