Having lived here for a number of years now we can honestly say was a wonderful place this is to live. As it is gated we are really quiet and very secure, with a fantastic community spirit.
What has also been convenient is the location, close to the town centre and transport links that take us straight into the City.

The property has also been extremely versatile with accommodation over three floors, so much so when people stay or visit they can even have their own floor!
It will be sad to sell but as we are moving out of the area it has become a necessity. We can rest assured however that we are handing over a superb property to the new owners!
