When we were looking for a property it was hard to find everything in a home that we considered important. However, when this one fell into our laps, we immediately fell in love with it. Getting to London for work or the latest West End show is easy as there are frequent trains from East Croydon.

We love the area and will be taking many happy memories with us - we hope that the new owners will come to love it at much as we have. Sadly, it is now time to move on but we will miss living here.
