We were looking at moving to the area and we wanted to cut down on the amount of land we had. This house offered us more than enough space for the family to come and visit/stay over and also have enough space for us too.
We liked the character on offer and were impressed with the potential. The size of the rooms downstairs were much larger than many we have viewed.
Since moving in we have changed the bathroom to become a shower room, redecorated throughout and made the garden far more user friendly.
We'll miss the light, sunny aspect the house has as well as how good it is for entertaining and hosting.
We have countryside walks at both ends of the lane and a local golf course too.
