As first time buyers we had the choice of either buying a house we could make our own or buying something we could move straight in to.
This house was so much better than many we looked at and the internal space was much larger.
Since moving in we have redecorated, changed the flooring, re-fitted the kitchen and installed fitted wooden blinds to both the kitchen and dining room.
We'll miss the convenience of living here. There is definitely a community spirit amongst the neighbours. The extra parking is more than a bonus too. It's been great to have as our first home, but we now have the chance to buy a larger home.
