When we first came to view this property we fell in love with the location and the views, it was something we had never seen before and was one of the deciding factors for us. We have really enjoyed living here and our neighbours are so friendly but have now made the decision to move out of the area.

This is a great family home where you can settle for many years and watch your children grow. The neighbourhood is so quiet and peaceful and everyone takes a lot of pride in their properties appearance, which is lovely to see. Being so close to the motorway means we have taken several trips down to Brighton at the weekends where we love to shop, eat and stroll along the promenade.
