We have lived in the house for over 20 years and have really enjoyed every moment here.
We were initially drawn to the house by the character and the outlook to the rear.
Since moving in we have added the extensions to add the kitchen to the rear of the kitchen and add a utility area too. Some of our home dates back to 1890 and we have tried to make all alterations and additions as sympathetically as possible.
As a retired commuter it should be noted that the train links are great and there's free parking at both Cowden & Hever.
We'll miss the peace and tranquillity of the garden and being able to get away from it all at the summer house which has the most fantastic of outlooks over the fields beyond.
