This home has been in my family since it has been built. I have owned it for approximately 57 years when I just couldn't pass up the chance to own it. It has been a fantastic family home to me and my family over the years, we are a family of four and never had any problem with space. The size and space here is outstanding and will be reason enough for anyone to buy, the wonderful feeling in the area, the community and the sense of belonging that comes with owning a home here will add to the appeal. My children and I have all enjoyed growing up in the area, walking to school and playing with friends, etc. and the area is just as wonderful now.
