I have lived in this home for nine years now and it has been a wonderful place to live due to my lifestyle and getting to the A249 for work.

Since I have owned the home I have done a lot of work. I have added the conservatory and a porch, as well as renewing the kitchen and bathrooms, so whoever buys this home next can just move in and not worry about having to do any work.

I will be sad to see the home go I have owned it for so long, but the opportunity to buy a property abroad is too good to miss.
