Full Details for 4 Bedroom Bungalow for sale in Mayfield, TN20 :
We all know location is a key factor in whether a house appeals or not, which is handy as it’s hard to classify this lovely property – is it bungalow, is it a house? What we can say, is that it’s a wonderful warm family home offering lots of bright, spacious accommodation with some fantastic feature rooms, and all presented in a very charming way.The property is secluded behind a large evergreen hedge which provides excellent privacy from the road beyond and as soon as you cross the threshold you’ll be impressed by the sizeable entrance hall/dining room which you’ll enter first. Far from having a conventional layout, this property has been extended over the years to suit the owner’s needs and as such, the house will appeal to a range of buyers from couples to large extended families alike. With a big family house you will need a big family garden and this one will not disappoint, a real labour of love, this garden is a great size to facilitate a range of different uses and would be enjoyed immensely during the summer months. Overall we can’t find fault with this house and will wholeheartedly recommend a viewing for anyone looking for something a little different with wonderful views and lots of internal space. With a variety of local village amenities close at hand, but with easy access to surrounding larger towns, this is the perfect mix of rural and semi-rural location. Viewing essential!
We have lived happily in Beulah for over 18 years. When we first saw it we instantly loved its uniqueness. With it's proximity to good local schools and the large garden, we knew it was for us.
In 2005, with a growing family, we decided to extend the property. Whilst still maintaining the character this has given us the spacious and versatile home we have today.
We have 2 dogs and feel fortunate to have both the local playing field and a choice of country lane walks within minutes of the front door.
My husband works from home and benefits from the choice of rail lines into London and the high speed internet access.
