“We are only selling our lovely home as we want to live nearer our extended family and close friends in Devon. If we could just pick the property and grounds up and move it to where we are going to live it would be perfect, but unfortunately that is not possible. The house was originally built in 1979 and we fell in love with it the moment we saw it some 13 years ago. All our children have been born since we came here and it is truly a fantastic family home. The kids and all their friends can swim in the pool or run around in the large child friendly garden, making as much noise as they like since we do not have any near neighbours.
We can wake up in the morning to the sun shining through the windows and in the evening there are magical sunsets. During the summer we spend most of our time either in the kitchen/breakfast room, which is the true hub of the household, or relax on the terrace enjoying al fresco meals. Every Christmas it is open house for all our family and we revel in providing a wonderful ambience and plenty of space for everyone. Despite being in the country we are close to Whitfield with its weekly farmer’s market, supermarket and post office and we are not far from a big Tesco’s and DIY stores.”
