I have comfortably lived in this house for 26 years and enjoyed bringing my family up in such a wonderful property. The view of the sea always made me stop and gaze out to watch the boats sail by or to warn the children of an approaching rain cloud. Being so close to the town was a life saver particularly when we needed something for dinner or the kids wanted to go to the sweet shop. We could all walk down to the beach and into the ice cream shop and still be home within minutes. Parking is so convenient with the car park opposite which you can buy a permit for and just pull up and walk across the road. I have maintained the house and kept it up together and so know any new buyer will be getting a lovely Victorian house that retains many of its original features
