When we originally bought this property it was off plan. We chose this house as it was an end terrace and had gated side access. We loved the riverside views and also the fact that there was a manageable garden where you could look down stream.

We liked the idea that the house is set within a secure gated complex and is suitable for family living. This gave us extra peace of mind.

In recent years we have had the outside of the property painted in a weather coat protector and the house also comes with the remainder of the NHBC guarantee.
