We bought this house several years ago as we wanted to be closer to town and the sea. We have really loved the space this property has offered us. We love having dinner parties and big Christmas celebrations all together in the dining room. When we first viewed this house we were so surprised by the space you really cannot tell how much space is in here until you have stepped through the door and this is what attracted us to it, plus the fact there is no cost involved it is like having a freehold property, no maintenance fees or ground rent to pay! We will be very sad to leave but due to personal circumstances we need to move closer to my daughter in Cowes but really hope the new owner will love this home as much as we have.
