Full Details for 3 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Sittingbourne, ME10 :
This home is not your typical Victorian house. From the outside you would be forgiven for thinking you are about to enter any attractive terrace property along this road, popular with first time buyers and buy to let investors alike. The space on offer here means that you have great living space, both for now and the future as this house has the room for you to grow into as a family. As a first time buy this should suit you for many years to come. Further potential with the two useful cellar areas could see you create a space to work from home or perhaps create a quiet space as a den for the family? The bathroom, with luxury Jacuzzi style bath will please those who enjoy a relaxing evening to unwind after a hard day at work. The garden is the perfect place to invite friends over to show off your new house next summer, this area is again larger than you might expect. From here you can also see the real jewel in the crown of this particular house – the parking at the rear! This is a real rare feature of Victorian homes especially and gives you the obvious safety and security as well as the peace of mind of not worrying about where you will park when you get home for work in the evenings!Access to the A249 is close so those that drive to work will be over the moon with the location and if you have children you are in a great spot for the school run too.
When I bought this property it was my first house and it needed some work to update it. Since I have been here I have upgraded the bathroom, decorated throughout and also installed a new boiler as well as updated the electric – so whoever buys next should not have to worry about those things! The garden is lovely in the summer and with the decking and then the lawn in makes a great place for a barbecue with friends and family! One of the best things about this property is the parking at the rear, which I just did not find at most of the other houses I viewed, especially Victorian ones! It is great having somewhere to park at the end of the day.
