I wanted to be near enough to the village to be handy but also far enough away to forget about work when I was not there and this cottage seemed ideal. Although it needed work I thought it would be ideal for me. I love the large garden and the easy to park front. It's so convenient for Emsworth town centre and the shore line. I love that the ground floor has been extended so that there is a great place to relax with company and this gives us a cosy lounge. The large garden could be amazing with a little thought and I hope the next owners will enjoy it as much as I have.
