The road is lovely and I have very friendly neighbours plus great views from the bedroom window where I can see the horses in the morning and a glimpse of the harbour and i love the open fireplace in the lounge.
Being so close to Emsworth village centre is fantastic and the access to coastal walks from the house is wonderful for me and my two dogs.
I will be very reluctant to leave my garden but I need to move now to a bungalow to be all on one level. I really hope someone will love and enjoys the garden with all the birds and wildlife as much as I have.
