This house has been a great home, but the time has come for me to downsize and move on. One of my favourite parts of this house is the loft conversion. The room would make a perfect office, or perhaps studio space as it is currently used by me. It is set away from the rest of the house and boasts a large dormer window, which fills the room with light. The workshop in the garden, complete with power and lighting makes a great hobby space too.

The area is great, a fairly quiet road when compared to others nearby and it is only a short walk into the town and to the train station.
