This home was my first time buy in 1999 and I chose to buy it as I have friends living in the area and it was also perfect for access to a lot of local schools. The home need lots of updating but had lots of potential and was a great size.

I have done so much here including a new roof, new boiler, new kitchen, new bathroom, re-plastered everywhere and redecorated over the years.

The neighbours here are all lovely and the area is also very peaceful, the games room is perfect for children to play in and I have even used it as a utility room in the past.
