When we were looking for a house this grabbed our attention due to its size, the home also had plenty of character but modern and that was what we were after.
Being so close to town was also another large factor for us as it is so easy to walk anywhere from this location and also close to a selection of local schools.

When friends come over we always congregate into the kitchen/breakfast room whilst the children can play together in the lounge area. It is great having so much space and I will really miss it once I have moved.
