I have been very happy in this house as it is a fabulous location for me to live, being a rural setting you haven’t got to worry about much noise, but with the added benefit of only a short drive to town its perfect for the local shops.

I will miss the friendly nature of the people living in Burgoyne Heights and the green space that surrounds the homes.

Now is the time for me to move on and someone else to benefit from the beautiful surroundings, whoever gets to move in to this property I sure will be as happy as I have been.
