This house was our first time buy approximately 4 years ago. We both work in the Folkestone area but did not want to live there. River offered us the chance to have an easy commute and also live in a wonderful location.
We had a walk around Kearsney Abbey the day before we viewed the property and we loved it so much.

Since we have lived here we still go for a walk to the Abbey and Bushy Ruff Gardens. It is a lovely way to spend a summer's day.

The home is modern but also has some lovely period touches, such as the bay window and the archway in the bedroom. Since owning the home we have installed double glazing throughout.
