When we were looking to buy we were immediately struck by this house as it was double fronted and in a good area. Being near to the local school, having a good size kitchen and an enclosed private garden also made the house attractive for the family.

We looked into extending over the kitchen to give either another bedroom or bathroom. Dover District Council advised me that it would be possible and the planning consents wouldn't be needed.

Since owning the property we have had it re-wired and a new consumer unit installed and the boiler renewed in 2009. We have also decorated and have re-carpeted within the last year to the first floor.
