We have done some improvements on the house but sadly after my husband passed away, I have been unable to carry on and finish some of the jobs we had wanted to do. You can walk to the beach and into town and although there is nothing allocated specifically for our house, parking in the street has never really been a problem for us. The time has come for a smaller more manageable property which will not need so much maintenance in the long term.
