We were looking for a second home in Ventnor and when we saw this neglected cottage we knew we could turn it into something special. With much hard work and determination along with the support and knowledge of Ingram’s our local builders we set about creating what we hope is everyone’s dream home. We especially love the way the kitchen area has come together giving a sociable area to relax and entertain in. We were shocked to learn the cottage had its own garden which is up behind the roof tops. The views from here are amazing and we have left this area for someone to personalise and do their own thing with. Our circumstances have now changed and so we have decided to sell the cottage but we know whoever buys it is getting a fantastic property.
