We moved from Stoke Newington some 30 years ago now and this has been a fantastic family home for all of us.

My children attended West Hatch school and enjoyed attending various clubs including Rugby and Swimming, many summer days were spent playing by the lakes and in the fields that can all be found within a bike ride of the property.

About 5 years ago now we refurbished the kitchen and bathroom and we replaced the boiler only 3 years ago and more recently we've changed the flooring.

I shop in Loughton regularly but Buckhurst Hill also has a supermarket which is only minutes drive away.
