The property is called Tardis, and that is a good description, from the front it really doesn’t seem to be that big, however you will be surprised, in truth even after wondering around the ground floor and its lovely open plan nature we thought the name Tardis was misplaced. However once you go upstairs it is a well earned title. All three of the bedrooms are of good size meaning if you have two children competing there won’t be too many arguments over who gets what room and the feature of the upstairs is the recently fitted bathroom suite complete with disco sparkle floor!
We happened upon “The Tardis” purely by chance just over 14 years ago.We had driven up from Brighton for lunch with relatives. Post lunch we went for a walk and took in Alexandra road. We noticed No 13 up for sale. By luck the then owner was outside and being my usual forward self I asked if we could have a look? He agreed and by the following day we had put in an offer for the property. We weren’t even looking or on the market at the time but just fell in love with the properties charm.
