What a mistake you would be making, as soon as you cross the threshold your opinion will be changed as what confronts you is beautiful open plan, bright and modern space.Yes, this one is a fantastic example of a house that has to be viewed internally, the current owners have changed the layout in the years of their ownership and the stand out feature on the ground floor has to be the open plan kitchen/dining room with its predominately glass ceiling making this a super modern family space.Throw in surprise additions such as the utility room and hidden staircase, you will soon realise this is not the normal house Location wise this couldn’t be a lot better, close to town and easily walkable to the mainline station, this home is certainly convenient and once the warmer months return there is a fantastic south facing garden to enjoy. The kitchen has been situated in the Garden Room since before the current owners bought the property. The sellers advise us that they obtained an indemnity policy for the life of the property to cover any building regulations matters.
We have loved living in the house and would not be moving if we weren't relocating.
The house has always felt warm, welcoming and full of light. The light flooding in is one of its best features. It has never felt like a dark house.
We love looking at the stars through the glass roof on a clear, starry night. The new solar glass makes the space warm in the winter and cool in the summer too which is great.
The access to town is another brilliant feature. Being able to walk to the shops and train station is really handy. It's a really good house - we shall miss it.
