Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Sittingbourne, ME10 :
This is the ideal family home for those looking for somewhere that they can put their own stamp on. You will find the house in one of the most popular residential locations in town. Known locally as the ‘Australia Estate’, due to the inspiration of the road names, it is always sought after, particularly for those looking to be in the right spot for the local schools. Access is also great for the town and transport links further beyond.Having been well loved and looked after by the current owners some forty years this house is now available for the next family to take it on. The large lounge area is sure to be the focus of the home as far as the children are concerned. The kitchen and dining areas are perfect for mum and dad to catch up with friends over a coffee, looking out over the private rear garden. Other homes in this road have been extended at the rear and this could be an option here (subject to the necessary planning permissions being obtainable). You will be able to really make this home your own and it will be the perfect opportunity to show off your DIY skills, but that is not to say that the home is not ready to move straight into. It is to be noted that the vendor of this property is a person connected with Ward & Partners as defined in the Estate Agents Act 1979.

This has been the family home for over forty years and every aspect is full of happy memories for us. I really hope that the next owners have as many great years as we have had. The house and the area were great to live in as a child and I am sure that will be the case now as much as it was then. It is an easy walk to the schools and there are always lots other families around with other children to play with. The garden here was always a favourite area for the family as I’m sure it will do for the next owners too. The large shed was built to accommodate a former hobby and would work for someone else’s hobby, but would make the garden larger if removed.
