When we first saw this cottage we immediately saw the potential it had to be our dream home. We set about redesigning the layout and built an extension to the rear. So we now have a lovely dining room overlooking the garden. We have vehicle access into our garden and so built a garage giving us valuable off road parking. Living in the village is so convenient and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Niton is very well appointed with its shops, schools, pharmacy and Doctors surgery. We love taking our dogs out for long walks in the country and there are many paths and bridal ways leading from the village. Now the property is finished we are looking to get back closer to Ventnor.
