I felt very fortunate to secure this home as they were selling like hot cakes and there are not many of this type on the site. The area is lovely and the quality of this finish throughout is superb. There is a relaxed atmosphere about the development. I bought the property to rent it and it has been great experience and the tenants have left it as good as new. I wouldn't normally wish to sell but I have decided that I want to live in the Dartmouth area now but I know it will make someone a smashing home.
