When we were looking to buy our house, we wanted to have a home that we could grow in to as a family. Having a young child, it has been an ideal place to be with Green Park Nursery nearby as well as good facilities for young families. It is a lovely place to live and we have great neighbours.

Since moving in we have had a complete gas central heating system installed in 2010. We have also replaced most of the double glazing in recent years, which the remainder of the guarantee will be available. We had started to do more cosmetic work but for personal reasons we are having to move nearer to our family. It may be possible that we could vacate the property with no chain if required.
