Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Uckfield, TN22 :
Three bedroom semi- detached houses really do not come much better than this! This property has not only been extended but has also been much improved by the current owners who get top marks from us in terms of both presentation and style of décor.Practically the property works well. Modern life revolves around kitchen/breakfast rooms and this has a cracker, complete with large kitchen with modern gloss units and a separate area for the table. But this doesn’t detract from the other living space as the lounge is a comfortable size yet cosy enough to relax in in the evenings. The addition of the ground floor office/third reception area the house is versatile as well as lovely. As you tour this property you start to realise that you’re not going to find any work that needs doing. The outside areas of the house are surprising too. To the side of the property there is a large driveway to the garage which will be able to accommodate multiple cars. To the side of the garage there is a covered car port, with so much space there is surely a possibility of extension here, subject to planning. The rear garden is a real delight. Lawn, patio and decking entertaining areas mean this garden offers all the space you’d want for the family to enjoy whilst being fully enclosed with a very posh fence. Overall this property is very much well worth a look and surely you’ll be surprised once you get inside and, to be honest, it doesn’t look as big as it is from the road.
We moved from a busy, built up town to this pretty, picturesque village. Only a few minutes walk from the post office, local store and a lovely country pub. A five minute drive or a twenty minute walk and you will be in Uckfield town centre. Good Schools are within walking distance.
We wake up to the birds singing and enjoy watching the resident peacock when he strolls into the cul de sac. We fell in love with this house immediately, the blue cedar in the front garden, the large drive, the beautiful back garden and the open fire place which is so cozy in the winter, what’s not to love! We will be sad to leave Millwood Close but a new life overseas awaits us.
