We've lived in this house for over 20 years, and have loved living here. As well as panoramic sea views from the front of the house, we can see Ventnor Park down below us, often lit up in the evenings with coloured lights and on clear moonlit nights with the moon making a silver path across the water. The garden is very private, and quite a sun trap, and each year we have had a ring-side seat, watching the round - the-island yacht race. We see plenty of other ships passing too. Ventnor is quite hilly, and we have a number of steps down to our house (we are wanting to move, because of my health) but as this drops the house below the road level, traffic sounds are very much muted, making for a very quiet home. A lovely place to live, and we won't be wanting to move away too far.
