This has been my home for over 20 years. It is a quiet and practical home, located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a reasonable sized garden. It has easy access to the local countryside walks and to the sunshine and red squirrel trails. It is a spacious and functional home, with large rooms and plenty of built in storage cupboards. Wroxall has a peaceful village atmosphere with a good local primary school. It is a nice place to live and of course the local shop is just around the corner. I have fond memories of my time here but hope the new owner is as happy here as I have been.
