We were attracted to this property due to its location and close proximity to Bonchurch Village. When we came to view were amazed at the sheer size of the property and knew then we had to buy it. The views out over the church and towards the sea are breath taking and we never grow tired of seeing them. As a holiday home we find we can just lock up and leave the property as it has been safe and secure and our neighbours are great and keep an eye on the place for us. The tall ceilings and features really do put this maisonette in a league of its own and we have yet to find one that can compete with it. You definitely need to view this property to fully appreciate it but once inside you will fall in love with it just as we did.
