We bought this property several years ago as we wanted to be closer to town and the sea. We love having dinner parties and big Christmas celebrations all together in the dining room. When we first viewed this house we were so surprised by how spacious it is and you really cannot tell what it is like inside until you step through the front door. Although it may be leasehold there have been no cost involved with maintenance fees or ground rent since we have lived here as we take care of everything ourselves. We will be very sad to leave but due to personal circumstances we need to move closer to our family but really hope the new owners will love this home as much as we have.
