We’ve lived in this house for more than 10 years and have enjoyed our time here. The house was great when we moved in and we have improved it even further with a new kitchen and top-range equipment, created an additional study out of a big utility room and made other improvements. Probably the best feature of this house is its size - we have 2 children, a dog and cat. We still have our own space and live here without being on top of one another. The rear garden is big enough for the family and easily manageable. The other features of this property are low bills and a small communal car park at the back where we park our cars. We really love this house - we are selling it only because our daughter has secured a place in a grammar school in a different town.
